Babette's East Hampton began from a dream and evolved out of sheer desire. They love preparing and serving great clean food and creating a lively, sensual and visually beautiful space. Each meal is an event. Hence, Babette's East Hampton opened its doors June 1995. Twenty years later they opened Babette's Newport Beach, three thousand miles away on the West Coast.
Their menu focuses on clean food: poultry and beef are organic and grass-fed; fish is wild and caught locally; vegetarian and vegan choices are distinct.
