Inspired by the coastal regions in the South of France, FIG & OLIVE aims to capture the essence of the coastal towns along the French Riviera, with a menu crafted by Executive Chef Pascal Lorange. Lorange began his training at a young age with three-star Michelin Chef Georges Blac in Vonnas, France, and will now introduce to Newport Beach a menu of refined elegance and the highest quality of ingredients.
Enjoy dishes such as Fig Gorgonzola Tartlet, Zucchini Carpaccio, Grilled Banzino, and much more - all made with the best olive oils. Pair your meal with a selection from the restaurant's diverse wine list that represents the distinctive flavors of the South of France, Italy, and Spain.
FIG & OLIVE Newport Beach also offers a unique retail component featuring over 30 different varietals of olive oils that are available for purchase. These range in flavor from a delicate and fruity unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from Chateau Leoube in Provence to a buttery Arbequina from Melgarejo in Andalucía, Spain, and a peppery Tuscan olive oil from Villa Lucia. Other products sold include an assortment of infused olive oils, aged vinegars, and specialty olives & spreads.
